ANNUAL SITE FEES

July 2024 to June 2025

Annual Fees:

UP TO 4 REGISTERED PERSONS: $3,500 for standard site. $3,600 for premium site

ADDITIONAL REGISTERED ADULTS: $260 each 

ADDITIONAL REGISTERED CHILDREN (5 to 17 years inc.): $160 each

Electricity Charges:

Electricity Service Fee (Bi-Annually) $100

KWH Charge (meters read Bi-Annually) $ 0.2963c perKW

Visitors Fees (Overnight) 

ADULTS: $14.00 off-peak. $18.00 peak

CHILDREN (5 to 17 years inc.) $8.00

· “Annual Site” means long term holiday site where the fixed term of the agreement is 12 months.

· Sites can be used for a maximum of 180 nights per year, capped at 42 consecutive nights.
